    Terms of Service

    Last updated: 2026

    § 1 Provider and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website sport-mind.de (the "Website") operated by Sportsmind GbR, Edith-Stein-Str. 2, 68753 Waghäusel, Germany (the "Provider"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

    § 2 Services

The Website provides information about the SportsMind framework, sport verticals (such as ChessMind) and the Provider's team and partners. The Website does not offer contractual services; specific product and training offerings are provided exclusively on the respective product sites (e.g. chess-mind.de) under the terms applicable there.

    § 3 Use and conduct

The Website may only be used within the framework of applicable laws and these Terms. Automated access or scraping that interferes with normal operation is prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to technically restrict access if it places load on the system or appears abusive.

    § 4 Liability

The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for the breach of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

The Website's content is prepared with care. However, the Provider makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content provided. Use of the content is at your own risk.

    § 5 External links

The Website contains links to external third-party websites. The Provider has no influence on their content and excludes any liability for external content. At the time of linking, no violations of law were apparent.

    § 6 Copyright

All content published on the Website (texts, images, graphics, videos, logos, wordmarks) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without the Provider's prior written consent. Trademark and designation rights of third parties remain unaffected.

§ 7 Changes to these Terms

The Provider may amend these Terms at any time to adapt them to changing circumstances (legal situation, services, technology). The version available upon use of the Website applies.

    § 8 Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

§ 9 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. To the extent legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is the Provider's place of business.
